If you have changed your mind or picked the wrong sized frame, we are happy to exchange frames within 30 days of delivery for store credit*. If any of the protective film is removed from pieces of the frame, a restocking fee of 30% per frame will be applied. A 30% restocking fee will also be applied if the item is damaged in transit from insufficient packing material. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

To avoid an exchange restocking fee, line up your comic book / art print with the inner frame to ensure correct fit before peeling the protective film.
If there is an error on our end (such as pieces missing, misaligned, etc.) – notify us as soon as possible and we will get the part out to you. If applicable, we will send you a return label for the wrong piece.
If you received an item that was damaged in transit, please send an email to email@example.com and we will replace the damaged pieces as soon as possible.
For insurance reasons, we ask that in the email you include pictures of the following:
- Each broken piece(s)
- Packing material
- Inside of the box
- Outside of the box
- Shipping label
